The WAG marks the debut of Liebert New Media, Inc., a division of Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., a privately-held company located in New Rochelle, New York.

Founded in 1980, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. is universally acknowledged for the establishment of new authoritative publications in the most exciting and promising areas of biomedical research, clinical medicine and surgery, law, and science.

I hope you will take the opportunity to visit our corporate home page and look at information about our professional publications, including Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News, which is the industry's most widely read publication in the world today. Among other medical journals are Journal of Women's Health, which is edited by the former director of the National Institutes of Health, Bernadine P. Healy, M.D., and Alternative & Complementary Therapies.

We take great pride in establishing vibrant new publications, and The WAG, while directed to a very different readership, will have the same high quality of editorial content, style, and wide readership for which our publications are known.

Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., is a family business and most of our staff have been with us for years. They are energetic and accomplished, and it is our policy to promote from within whenever possible; the majority of our career opportunities stem from our growth and the creation of new positions. Our corporate headquarters is in New Rochelle, New York, a cosmopolitan Westchester community only 30 minutes from Manhattan and conveniently located two blocks from the train.
